About AmadèO
AmadèO, the annual International Chamber Music Festival, takes place in the Euregio Charlemagne (cities in the border areas of the Netherlands,
Belgium and Germany) - in combination with the piano competition Prix d’AmadèO de Piano.
Young pianists from different cultural and musical backgrounds present their new interpretations of classical and modern chamber music.
The name of AmadèO is obviously derived from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the all-time
musical genius, who often signed his letters with his second Christian name of Amadè.
We have dedicated this festival and competition to him.
